• Project Information: Details about your garden, budget, timeline, and requirements.

3. Data Retention Statement

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). Enquiry data for projects that do not proceed will be securely deleted after 24 months. Data relating to completed projects will be retained for warranty and legal purposes for up to 7 years.

4. Consultation and Site Visit Terms

Initial telephone or email consultations are provided free of charge. Where a professional site visit or detailed survey is required, a fee of between £100 and £595 + VAT (exclusive of VAT, charged at the prevailing rate) will be agreed in advance. This fee depends on garden size, access, levels, drainage and complexity.

This fee is fully credited against your project when you proceed with Greenfingers Landscape Services. Terms and eligibility for this credit will be confirmed in writing prior to your appointment.

5. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses strictly necessary cookies to ensure the site functions correctly (such as securing our enquiry forms against automated bots). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels without your explicit consent.
